The Sports Xchange
The Minnesota Vikings signed wide receiver Donte Foster to their practice squad and released fullback Blake Renaud on Tuesday.
Foster was on the Vikings’ practice squad last season and with the team during training camp before he was released during final roster cuts on Sept. 5.
Foster was an undrafted free agent in 2014 from Ohio University, where he became the second player in school history with 1,000 receiving yards in a season.
Renaud was an undrafted free agent in 2015 from Boise State. He was waived by the Vikings on Sept. 5 but then signed to the practice squad the following day.
