The most comprehensive set of weekly power rankings anywhere on the web now moves to the rookies, as we look at our top offensive and defensive first-year players.

Offensive Rookie Power Rankings

1. Kelvin Benjamin, Carolina Panthers

Benjamin had another solid game in the Panthers 37-all tie with the Bengals. The talented rookie caught seven passes for 49 yards and his fourth touchdown of the season, which leads all rookie receivers.

2. Brandin Cooks, New Orleans Saints

Brandin Cooks had a bye week on Sunday and since there were no rookies that jumped out, he holds on to his No. 2 ranking.

3. Brandon Oliver, San Diego Chargers

Due to several injuries, Oliver has received a chance to get carries and he hasn’t disappointed. Oliver went over 100 yards rushing for the second straight game and he’s scored three touchdowns on the season.

Defensive Rookie Power Rankings

1. Kyle Fuller, Chicago Bears

Kyle Fuller shut down the best receiver in football, Julio Jones and that deserves the top spot. He also maintains a tie for the NFL lead in interceptions with three.

2. C.J. Mosely, Baltimore Ravens

Mosely maintained his NFL lead in tackles among rookies as Baltimore blew out the Bucs, 48-17. Mosely has quickly become one of the best players on the Ravens defense.

3. Anthony Barr, Minnesota Vikings

Barr has become an impact player for an improved Minnesota defense. He had seven tackles in the team’s loss to the Detroit Lions.
