We’ve played two weeks of football and we still don’t know a whole bunch about most of the 32 NFL teams. With what we do know, we now put together our power rankings for Week 3.

1. Denver Broncos– The Broncos defense is truly a great unit if they can overcome Trevor Siemian at quarterback.
2. Pittsburgh Steelers– The Steelers are winning with a great offense, the exact opposite of the Broncos. There are still some questions about the other side of the ball, but Le’Veon Bell’s return next week will help the team play keep away.
3. New England Patriots– The Pats have probably been the most impressive team through the first two weeks, but without Jimmy Garoppolo it’s tough to keep them at No. 1.
4. Carolina Panthers– The Panthers have some issues at safety, but Cam Newton is enough to make up for several holes on your roster.
5. Minnesota Vikings– Sam Bradford looked great on Sunday night but they lost Adrian Peterson for an extended period of time. They’ll still be fine.
6. Green Bay Packers– The receivers aren’t getting separation and the route concepts aren’t great.  Still, Rodgers will keep them as a serious contender.
7. Houston Texans– The Texans defense was awfully impressive as they throttled the Chiefs last Sunday. They can build on this by beating the Patriots on a short week.
8. Cincinnati Bengals– The Bengals were outclassed against the Steelers, but they don’t have any serious flaws that will keep them from contending.
9. Arizona Cardinals- Arizona blasted Tampa Bay last week and they’ve seemed to right the ship after getting surprised by New England on the opening Sunday.
10. New York Giants– The defense is considerably better than last year and that should keep them in games despite Eli Manning’s erratic play.
11. Seattle Seahawks– The Seattle defense is still great, but Russell Wilson needs his ankle to heal if they’re going to be a contender.
12. Kansas City Chiefs– Who are the Chiefs? They almost lost at home to San Diego and couldn’t score a touchdown against Houston. Huge game for them this Sunday against the Jets.
13. New York Jets- If Ryan Fitzpatrick can play like he did against Buffalo, the Jets can win playoff games.
14. Philadelphia Eagles– They beat two bad teams, but it’s certainly better than losing.  Carson Wentz looks great so far, but tougher times are on the horizon.
15. Baltimore Ravens– Like the Eagles, they beat two bad teams and that might move to three as they travel to Jacksonville this Sunday.
16. Dallas Cowboys- The Cowboys are functional on offense with Dak Prescott.  If they get the running game going, they can hide that bad defense.
17. San Diego Chargers– They dismantled the Jaguars and lost Danny Woodhead in the process.  Now they’re forced to give Melvin Gordon the ball and that’s not such a bad thing.
18. Detroit Lions– Embarrassing home loss to Tennessee.  The good news is that Matt Stafford is playing solid football.
19. Tampa Bay Buccaneers– They ran into a buzzsaw in Arizona and Jameis Winston was awful.  There’s too much talent there to stay down and the Bucs will be okay.
20. Atlanta Falcons– Impressive road win at Oakland where Matt Ryan looked like a real franchise quarterback.  Is the offense coming around or is the Raiders defense just terrible?
21. Oakland Raiders– Good offense around a legendarily bad defense.  Oakland needs to make some adjustments on D.
22. New Orleans Saints– Two games, two tough losses.  The Saints are a rebuilding team who’s rebuilding around a Hall of Fame quarterback.
23. Miami Dolphins– When Ryan Tannehill is good, they are competitive.  Unfortunately he’s not consistently good.
24. Indianapolis Colts– They have Andrew Luck and some good receivers.  The rest of the roster is garbage.
25. Tennessee Titans– Huge road win for Tennessee.  There’s not all that many more of those coming for them.
26. Los Angeles Rams- At least they play well against the Seahawks.  The defense certainly responded after the opening Monday embarrassment.
27. San Francisco 49ers– They really need to swallow their pride and play Colin Kaepernick.
28. Jacksonville Jaguars– They’re woefully unprepared on a weekly basis.  A coaching change is on the horizon.
29. Washington Redskins– Kirk Cousins has regressed back to what he is- a good backup quarterback.
30. Buffalo Bills– Now that offensive coordinator Greg Roman is gone they can really start doing some things on offense.  It won’t work and the Ryan family is the problem.
31. Chicago Bears– Jay Cutler is bad, the defense is bad and because of that, the Bears are bad.
32. Cleveland Browns– Two games, two injured quarterbacks and Joe Thomas is starting to regress.  How are they supposed to win with Cody Kessler at quarterback?
