Week 11 NFL Picks
Find out who will pull off big upsets this weekend and which quarterback stays undefeated on the season.
Another week, another week of mediocre picks. This week will be different as I already have a win in my pocket courtesy of the Jacksonville Jaguars, or should I say the Tennessee Titans. Without further ado, here are the picks for Week 11.
Oakland vs. Detroit
Although the Lions have been playing better football of late, they have issues in the secondary and the Raiders can throw the ball, especially in a climate controlled environment. Raiders 27, Lions 19.
Indianapolis vs. Atlanta
The Falcons have looked pretty mediocre over the past month, but the Colts are missing Andrew Luck. Matt Hasselbeck is undefeated this season and his streak will continue as Indy pulls the upset. Colts 20, Falcons 17.
N.Y. Jets vs. Houston
T.J. Yates engineered one scoring drive against Cincy on Monday night, and that’s all the Texans needed. He’s going to have a tougher time this week as Ryan Fitzpatrick has revenge on his mind. Jets 24, Texans 17.
Tampa Bay vs. Philadelphia
The Bucs probably aren’t as good as their 4-5 record, and the Eagles might not be as bad as theirs. Tampa will hang around, but Mark Sanchez will have too much time in the pocket. Eagles 31, Bucs 24.
Denver vs. Chicago
Brock Osweiler’s first start comes against the head coach that drafted him and the offensive coordinator that knows all of his flaws. The Bears have been playing better football and that will continue. Bears 13, Broncos 9.
St. Louis vs. Baltimore
Case Keenum is starting at quarterback for the Rams. Joe Flacco is starting a quarterback for the Ravens. Let’s not overthink this. Ravens 21, Rams 10.
Dallas vs. Miami
Tony Romo is back for the Cowboys and they are more than due to win one of these close games that they’ve been finding a way to lose. Miami’s defensive line will be manhandled by the best offensive line in football. Cowboys 27, Dolphins 17.
Washington vs. Carolina
Kirk Cousins has played really nice football over the past month. Now he gets to line up against one of the best defenses in the NFL. Cam will continue his dance party. Panthers 31, Redskins 13.
Kansas City vs. San Diego
The Chiefs have played themselves back into the Wildcard conversation and the Chargers are slipping into the NFL’s abyss. This is a weird league. so San Diego will find a way. Chargers 20, Chiefs 17.
Green Bay vs. Minnesota
The Packers can’t lose four in a row, right? We said that they couldn’t lose three in a row last week. Minnesota is playing better football right now, but Teddy Bridgewater is going to need to do more than just check down to beat Aaron Rodgers. Packers 24, Vikings 20.
San Francisco vs. Seattle
Blaine Gabbert is going against the Legion of Boom. How exactly are the 49ers supposed to score without Carlos Hyde? Seahawks 38, 49ers 2.
Cincinnati vs. Arizona
This is a great looking Sunday night game as Carson Palmer takes on his old team. The Bengals looked absolutely pathetic on Monday night and the Cardinals have been playing great football. It’s an up and down league. Bengals 17, Cardinals 13.
Buffalo vs. New England
Tyrod Taylor will be better against the Patriots this time around, and although the Pats offensive line is getting healthier, they are at a major disadvantage against the Bills stout defensive line. Patriots 28, Bills 24.
