Vikings sign DT Hickman

The Minnesota Vikings signed defensive tackle Greg Hickman and waived/injured wide receiver Gavin Lutman on Friday.
Hickman, 24, joins the Vikings as a free agent entering the 2015 season. He was signed by the Detroit Lions as an undrafted free agent following the 2014 NFL Draft out of Florida International.
Hickman tallied 116 total tackles, 13 sacks, three interceptions, four pass breakups and seven forced fumbles in his collegiate career. After the Lions released Hickman on Aug. 23, 2014, he played for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers of the Canadian Football League.
Lutman, 24, was an undrafted free agent out of Pittsburg State. He missed most of training camp with a hamstring injury.
