The Minnesota Vikings placed cornerback Jabari Price on injured reserve Tuesday and elevated linebacker Brandon Watts from the practice squad to the active roster.

The Vikings also signed fullback Blake Renaud and linebacker Terrance Plummer to the practice squad and released wide receiver Donte Foster.

Price, 23, has a shoulder injury. He had not played this year after coming off the suspended list during Week 3 of the season. Last season, he had 10 tackles in 14 games.

Watts was unable to land a spot on the 53-man roster before the season and was signed by the Vkings to the practice squad. Last year, he played in two games for Minnesota and had one tackle.

Plummer played in three games for the Washington Redskins this year before he was waived Oct. 5. He had one tackle on special teams.
