Vernon Davis Wants to be More Involved in 49ers Offense
Add Vernon Davis to the list of those not thrilled with offensive coordinator Greg Roman this season.
That’s certainly the impression the Pro Bowl tight end gave off today when asked about his 25-catch, 236-yard, two-touchdown season.
“For me, it’s all about coming here, showing up and doing what I have to do to contribute,” Davis said. “As far as not getting the ball, (I) leave it up to the offensive coordinator. It’s his call.”
