Tyrod Taylor On Potential Benching: “Coach’s Decision”

Find out how Tyrod Taylor feels about potential benching.

In what was arguably Tyrod Taylor’s biggest game of his career, the former Virginia Tech product didn’t do enough. The Bills completed 15 of 25 passes for 228 yards to go along with two touchdowns and interception, but most of his production came in the fourth quarter when it was too late.

“Left some plays out there,” Taylor said. “Definitely didn’t play my best. I let the team down a couple plays, but gotta move forward. I was about to put some points up in the fourth quarter, but it was just too late.”

With pressure to insert rookie Cardale Jones, head coach Rex Ryan was non-committal on who will be under center next week against the Cleveland Browns.

“We’ll see,” Ryan stated.

Technically, the Bills aren’t eliminated from playoff contention, but they’ll need a miracle at this point. Buffalo hasn’t made the playoffs since 1999.
