Trevor Siemian Ruled Out vs. Jaguars

Find out why Trevor Siemian is ruled out this week.

Despite playing through the pain against the Kansas City Chiefs last weekend, quarterback Trevor Siemian won’t be able to go tomorrow against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Due to a sprained left foot, rookie Paxton Lynch will get the nod under center.

At (7-4) and in third place in the AFC West, the reigning Super Bowl champs can’t afford to drop a game against the lonely Jags. Fortunately for them, their defense should be able to take tons of pressure off the rookie quarterback. This will be Paxton’s second career start. In his debut against the Atlanta Falcons, Paxton completed 23 of 35 passes for 223 yards to go along with a touchdown and an interception.
