Ryan Tannehill May Need Surgery

Find out what Ryan Tannehill could potentially be facing.

Published

Despite being without starting quarterback Ryan Tannehill last night against the New York Jets, the Miami Dolphins were able to make light work of the Jets to the tune of 34-13. Backup Matt Moore played well, as he completed 12 of 18 passes for four touchdowns.

During the Dolphins thrilling 26-23 victory over the Cardinals last week, Tannehill suffered MCL and ACL sprains. Contrary to popular belief, it’s unclear whether or not Tannehill will see the field again.

Tannehill will continue to rehab the partial tears in his knee, but if that doesn’t work, surgery will be the alternative, which will keep him out for the remainder of the season.
