RG3 Cleared for Contact

Details on Robert Griffin III being cleared for contact.

With the Cleveland Browns on the cusp of being on the wrong side of history, maybe, just maybe, Robert Griffin III can be the savior. The team announced that the injury-riddled RG3 has been cleared for contact. In the season opener, the former Baylor standout broke a bone in his non-throwing shoulder.

Throughout the course of the season, the Browns have pass attempts from seven different players. With in-state rival Cincinnati on the schedule next, head coach Hue Jackson will have plenty of time to announce his starting quarterback.
