Report: Second-round tender for Ravens K Tucker
The Baltimore Ravens placed a second-round tender on Pro Bowl kicker Justin Tucker, The Baltimore Sun reported Monday.
The $2.356 million offer to the restricted free agent means the Ravens retain the right to match any offer sheet he might sign with another team or receive a second-round draft pick in return.
The Ravens also submitted tenders to their exclusive-rights free agents: wide receiver Kamar Aiken, tight end Phillip Supernaw, offensive lineman Ryan Jensen and cornerback Tramain Jacobs.
Tucker, an undrafted free agent in 2012, holds the NFL record for field-goal accuracy, hitting 89.8 percent (97 of 108) with the Ravens.
