Report: Jaguars will interview Broncos’ Gase
Denver Broncos offensive coordinator Adam Gase will interview for the same position with the Jacksonville Jaguars, according to a report by Michael Silver of NFL Media.
Gase previously had been on the radar of several teams looking for head coaches and seemed to be the favorite to replace Jim Harbaugh in San Francisco until the 49ers promoted defensive line coach Jim Tomsula.
After John Fox left the Broncos earlier in the week, Gase interviewed with general manager John Elway, but the Broncos now appear focused on hiring Elway’s former teammate, Gary Kubiak.
The Oakland Raiders and St. Louis Rams also reportedly have asked permission from the Broncos to speak with Gase about coordinator positions.
