Report: Chargers Prepared To Inquire About LA Move

Find out why the San Diego Chargers are prepared to inquire about a potential Los Angeles move.

After not having a professional football team for over 20 years, the city of Los Angeles may have two NFL teams this time next year. As the regular season comes to an end, San Diego Chargers owner Dean Spanos is prepared to inquire about a potential move to the ‘city of angels’.

“Dean has said that he wants everyone to be able to focus on the remainder of the Chargers’ season, and so [he] won’t be making any final decisions until after the season is over,” said Chargers stadium point man Mark Fabiani. “That hasn’t changed.”

Following the epic fail of the potential franchise-saving ballot, it’s becoming a serious possibility that these last three homes games may be the last time the city of San Diego witnesses NFL football.

The deadline for Spanos to apply for relocation is Jan. 15, 2017.
