Report: Broncos will try out kickers

The Denver Broncos apparently are not satisfied with their kicking situation and will explore other options this week, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

Brandon McManus missed a 33-yard attempt in the third quarter of Denver’s 39-36 win over the Miami Dolphins on Sunday and has missed four attempts this season.

McManus, acquired from the New York Giants before the season, has made a league-low 69.2 percent of his kicks (9 of 13).

McManus, 23, was picked up because Matt Prater was suspended for the first four games of the season, and the Broncos chose to keep McManus when Prater’s suspension ended.
