Report: Bills’ Jackson unlikely to play Thursday
Buffalo Bills running back Fred Jackson is unlikely to play in Thursday night’s game against the Miami Dolphins because of a groin injury, NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport reported.
Jackson played last week, three weeks after initially suffering the groin injury. But apparently the injury has gotten worse.
Jackson had only 10 yards on three carries last week, and having only four days to recuperate does not aid his recovery.
Officially, Jackson is listed as questionable.
If Jackson is sidelined as expected, Bryce Brown and Anthony Dixon will get most of the carries for the Bills.
