The Baltimore Ravens re-signed four exclusive-rights free agents Friday, retaining tight end Phillip Supernaw, safety Brynden Trawick, cornerback Rashaan Melvin and offensive lineman Ryan Jensen.

Supernaw, 25, played six games for the Ravens last year as he bounced between the practice squad and active roster. He finished with two catches for 27 yards.

Melvin, 25, spent most of 2014 on the practice squad but finished in the starting lineup as injuries racked the secondary. He finished the year with 17 tackles, a pass defensed and a forced fumble.

Trawick, 25, has been a special-teams player his first two years.

Jensen, 23, spent most of last season on the practice squad before getting signed to the active roster at the end of the year.
