Raiders claim Lambert, waive Edwards

The Oakland Raiders claimed safety Keenan Lambert off waivers from the Seattle Seahawks and waived cornerback SaQwan Edwards.
Lambert was signed by the Seahawks in May as an undrafted rookie out of Norfolk State, where he started 40 of 47 games over four seasons. He posted 206 career tackles to go with eight interceptions and 26 passes defensed and was a first team All-MEAC performer as a senior.
