Patriots sign OL Fleming, let DL Dickson go
The Sports Xchange
The New England Patriots added offensive lineman Cameron Fleming to their practice squad on Tuesday and released defensive lineman Xzavier Dickson.
Fleming, 23, was a fourth-round draft pick out of Stanford in 2014 and played in seven regular-season games for the Patriots last year, starting two. The 6-foot-6, 320-pounder also saw action in two postseason games, including the Super Bowl, but was released by the team on Monday before returning.
The Patriots selected the 22-year-old Dickson in the seventh round of the 2015 NFL Draft out of Alabama.
