Patriots Likely to Retain Coordinators for 2016

It appears, for now at least, that the Patriots will retain offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels and defensive coordinator Matt Patricia. After a number of coaching vacancies opened up following the end of the regular season, all have been filled despite the rumors of both McDaniels and Patricia being among the potential candidates for openings. During conference calls yesterday, both coaches stressed that their focus is squarely on Sunday. “I’m just really focused on Denver,” Patricia said. “That was a couple weeks ago, whatever the situation was there. We’ve got a big challenge in front of us here in trying to get ready for the Broncos. That’s really not a question that’s pertinent to this week, so that’s really the Broncos.”
