Panthers sign two rookies among minor moves

The Carolina Panthers made several minor roster moves Thursday in advance of training camp.
They signed rookie wide receiver Avius Capers and punter Matt Wile and waived rookie cornerback Gary Peters.
The team also placed wide receiver De’Andre Presley and tight end Brandon Williams on the list for the physically unable to perform and put retiring offensive tackle Jonathan Martin on the reserve list for those who did not report.
