The Panthers also waived wide receivers Jarrett Boykin and De’Andre Presley, defensive tackle Kenny Horsley and safety Robert Lester, a third-year player out of Alabama. Offensive tackle Davonte Wallace and cornerback Melvin White were waived/injured while defensive tackle Micanor Regis was waived with an injury settlement.
