on

Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Nick Foles is expected to miss another two to four weeks due to a broken collarbone.

According to the Philadelphia Daily News report, a follow-up CT scan on the injured left collarbone revealed that it is healing normally.

However, replacement Mark Sanchez will reportedly hold on to the starting job if he continues to play well. He led the Eagles to a blowout win over the Dallas Cowboys on Thursday and has performed well in place of Foles.

—The St. Louis Rams activated defensive end Chris Long on Saturday.

Long was on the injured reserve-designated to return list after having ankle surgery. He was injured in the season opener. The Rams take on the Oakland Raiders on Sunday.

—Miami Dolphins tight end Charles Clay was downgraded to doubtful for Monday night’s game against the New York Jets but wide receiver Mike Wallace is probable.

Clay, who is recovering from a knee injury, was listed as questionable on the team’s injury report on Friday. The team updated his status Saturday.

—Cleveland Browns tight end Jordan Cameron will miss his fifth straight game with a concussion.

Cameron was downgraded Saturday from questionable to out for Sunday’s game at the Buffalo Bills. Cameron did not make the trip with the team, according to multiple reports.

—The New England Patriots signed linebacker Darius Fleming from the practice squad to the 53-man roster.

Fleming, 25, was signed by New England as a free agent on May 16. He was originally drafted by the San Francisco 49ers in the fifth round of the 2012 draft out of Notre Dame.

—The Tampa Bay Buccaneers promoted center Josh Allen from the practice squad and waived cornerback C.J. Wilson.

The Bucs originally signed Allen as an undrafted rookie free agent out of Louisiana-Monroe.

—Washington Redskins cornerback E.J. Biggers was ruled out of Sunday’s game against the Indianapolis Colts due to a concussion.

Biggers was downgraded from questionable and he did not travel with the team to Indianapolis.
