Over the past week, Los Angeles Rams head coach Jeff Fisher has been under tremendous scrutiny. First of all, the Rams are sitting at (4-7) and to make matters worse, Fisher has been enduring an ongoing battle with Rams legend Eric Dickerson. 

Despite all of that, the franchise elected to sign Fisher to a two-year contract extension today. Throughout his first four years as Rams coach, Fisher hasn’t experienced one winning season.
