New York Giants wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. missed another day of practice Friday with a hamstring issue.

Giants head coach Tom Coughlin wants to keep open the possibility of Beckham playing against the Philadelphia Eagles on Monday night. Beckham also did not practice Thursday.

Beckham injured his left hamstring during the third quarter of last Sunday’s 30-27 victory over the San Francisco 49ers. Beckham was initially ruled questionable to return and sat out for the majority of the fourth quarter, but came back for the final four plays of the game.

Beckham hasn’t lost hope that he will be ready for Monday night’s game.

“Treatments, treatments, treatments; just make sure you stay on top of it,” Beckham said Thursday when asked what it would take for him to be in the lineup.

Beckham is one of many Giants hurting entering Week 6.

Wide receiver Victor Cruz is still sidelined by a calf injury, linebacker Jon Beason left last week’s game with a concussion and cornerback Prince Amukamara could be out for a month with a pectoral injury.
