The New York Giants officially re-signed guard John Jerry and cornerback Chykie Brown on Monday.

Jerry’s deal reportedly is for two years and $3.3 million, with $1 million guaranteed.

Jerry started all 16 games at right guard in his first season with the Giants. He signed with the team as a free agent on March 21, 2014. Jerry was part of a line that helped the Giants finish 10th in the NFL in yards-per-game (367.2), including seventh in passing yardage (267.0).

Including his tenure with the Miami Dolphins, Jerry has started 49 consecutive games in his five seasons in the NFL. He was Miami’s third-round draft choice in 2010.

Brown was claimed off waivers on Nov. 5, one day after he was released by the Baltimore Ravens. He played in eight games for the Giants, including starts at right cornerback in the last four. He finished with 32 tackles and two passes defensed. He was a 2011 fifth-round draft choice by the Ravens.
