Eagles WR Maclin added to Pro Bowl
Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Jeremy Maclin was added to the Pro Bowl roster.
Maclin will replace Denver Broncos wide receiver Demaryius Thomas for his first-ever Pro Bowl trip. Thomas will not play due to injury.
Maclin, 26, recorded career highs in 2014, catching 85 passes for 1,318 yards and 10 touchdowns. He missed the 2013 regular season after suffering a torn anterior cruciate ligament in training camp.
A pair of long snappers were added to the Pro Bowl roster. Jon Dorenbos was selected by Dallas Cowboys coach Jason Garrett, while the Cowboys announced their long snapper, L.P. Ladouceur, had been added to the game by Baltimore Ravens coach John Harbaugh.
The Ravens and Cowboys will oversee the teams in the Pro Bowl, which will be held on Sunday, Jan. 25 at University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, Ariz.
