Dolphins QB Tannehill limited in practice
Miami Dolphins quarterback Ryan Tannehill was limited in practice for the second consecutive day on Tuesday because of ankle and right shoulder injuries, ProFootballTalk.com reported.
It is still a good bet that Tannehill will start Thursday night’s game against the Buffalo Bills, but his lack of practice participation the past two days suggests there is an outside chance he will not play.
Tannehill has completed 64.3 percent of his passes this season with 15 touchdown passes and seven interceptions.
If he can’t play Thursday night, Matt Moore would get the start for Miami.
Dolphins tight end Charles Clay (knee), defensive end Dion Jordan (hamstring) and running back Lamar Miller (shoulder) also were limited in practice Tuesday.
