The Miami Dolphins announced coaching staff changes on Wednesday in the wake of head coach Joe Philbin’s dismissal this week.

Ben Johnson will serve as tight ends coach, Ken O’Keefe as a senior offensive assistant, Al Saunders as a senior offensive assistant and Mike Wahle as assistant tight ends coach.

Johnson replaces Dan Campbell, who was promoted to interim head coach after Philbin was let go Monday. Johnson was assistant quarterbacks coach for the past three seasons after joining the Dolphins as an offensive assistant in 2012.

O’Keefe was wide receivers coach for the past four seasons after working as Iowa’s offensive coordinator for 13 years.

Saunders comes to the Dolphins after four seasons with the Oakland Raiders as a offensive coordinator/quarterbacks coach and a senior offensive assistant. He has more than 40 years of coaching experience at various levels.

Wahle worked as the Dolphins’ sports performance assistant after being hired earlier this year. He is former All-Pro offensive lineman who played 11 seasons for the Green Bay Packers, Carolina Panthers and Seattle Seahawks.
