Dolphins Fighting Fire With Water
The Miami Dolphins could be a much-improved team next year.
Although the New England Patriots have clearly dominated all things AFC East for a decade and a half, the Miami Dolphins might finally have what it takes to be a legitimate contender (without benefiting from a season ending injury to Tom Brady).
With Miami reportedly about to sign the jewel of this year’s free agency class, Ndamukong Suh, they will now boast quite possibly the best defensive line in all of football.
Suh joins stud pass rushers Cameron Wake and Olivier Vernon, and even if Jared Odrick doesn’t return, the Dolphins could have the most disruptive line in the NFL.
Couple this with an improving offense under quarterback Ryan Tannehill, and you might think twice before filling out your playoff bracket in marker with New England coming out of the AFC East.
