As some San Diego natives feared, their beloved Chargers will reportedly be moving to Los Angeles after spending the previous 55 years in San Diego. However, it’s not official just yet.

Chargers chairman Dean Spanos hasn’t sent a formal relocation letter to the NFL or notify public officials in Los Angeles or San Diego about the move. According to a staff member, there’s supposed to be a staff meeting this morning at 11 a.m. ET.

Legendary Chargers quarterback Dan Fouts isn’t too thrilled.

“At first, I hoped it was fake news. It’s something that is unfathomable, but it is reality,” Fouts sad.

After not having a team for over two decades, it appears L.A. will now have two ballclubs.
