Chargers’ Owner Dean Spanos “Infuriated”

In what seems like a last-ditch effort to keep the Chargers in San Diego, the city council proposed a $1 per year, 99-year lease as a sign of good will.
San Diego Chargers owner Dean Spanos doesn’t see it that way.
“If the goal was to infuriate the single remaining decision-maker in this process, mission accomplished,” a source said about Spanos.
Spanos believes that this proposal is in an effort to embarrass him and shift blame on the team’s owner after bills to get a new stadium keep getting voted down.
It seems like now, more than ever that we will see the team move to Los Angeles.
