Carson Palmer: “I Expect To Play In 2017”

Find out what Carson Palmer plans to do next season.

What a difference a year makes.

We often hear that saying, but it’s very fitting for the Arizona Cardinals and Carson Palmer. This time last year, Arizona was prepping for the final stretch of the regular season before they would eventually go all the way to the NFC Championship Game.

Also, veteran quarterback Carson Palmer was performing at an MVP level, which has clearly not been the case in 2016. Last year, Palmer only threw 11 interceptions. He’s already thrown 13 this season with two games to go.

Many are wondering if Palmer will hang up the cleats following the season. When asked about the possibility, Palmer gave somewhat of a surprising answer.

For a team that needs to start looking for youth under center, this is not the rebuttal they probably wanted to hear from their aging quarterback.
