The Tampa Bay Buccaneers promoted cornerback C.J. Wilson from the practice squad to the active roster Wednesday.

The 5-foot-11, 187-pound Wilson joined Tampa Bay on Sept. 9, signing with the practice squad. The Bucs also signed linebacker Jeremy Grable and guard Jeremiah Warren to the practice squad.

Grable (6-0, 220) played collegiately at Valdosta State and spent time with Tampa Bay during the 2014 offseason and preseason.

Warren (6-3, 325) re-joins Tampa Bay after joining the team during the 2014 preseason, including playing in the final game of the preseason against Washington. He originally entered the league as a college free agent with the New England Patriots in 2012.
