The Sports Xchange
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers re-signed defensive end Kourtnei Brown to the practice squad and released linebacker Josh Keyes on Thursday.
The 6-foot-4, 253-pound Brown played in Tampa Bay’s Week 2 game against the New Orleans Saints but was waived earlier this week.
The 27-year-old Brown has bounced around the league, with stops in San Francisco, Washington, Buffalo, Detroit, St. Louis, Houston and Tampa Bay.
Keyes, 22, is an undrafted rookie who signed with the Buccaneers in May. At Boston College, he played in 42 games and started 15, finishing with 121 career tackles and 7 1/2 sacks.
