Browns TE Cameron ruled out vs. Bucs
The Cleveland Browns officially ruled tight end Jordan Cameron out of Sunday’s game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers due to the concussion he suffered against the Oakland Raiders last week.
It was his third concussion in less than two years. With the Browns playing the Cincinnati Bengals on Thursday, Cameron is expected to miss at least two games.
Also out for Sunday’s game is defensive lineman Phil Taylor with a knee injury. Wide receiver Rodney Smith (hamstring) is questionable, with everyone else expected to be available.
The Bucs are expected to be without running back Doug Martin, who is doubtful with an ankle injury, leaving the brunt of the workload to Bobby Rainey. Return man Trindon Holliday is out with a hamstring, while offensive tackle Anthony Collins (foot) is doubtful and linebacker Brandon Magee (knee) is questionable.
