Brady giving Butler keys to MVP award

Keep on truckin’.

That’s the message New England quarterback Tom Brady is sending to Super Bowl hero Malcolm Butler.

Brady, who won 2015 Chevrolet Colorado for being MVP in Sunday’s game, said Tuesday he plans to give the truck to Butler. It was Butler’s interception at the goal line that secured the Patriots’ 28-24 win over the Seattle Seahawks.

“I would love to give him the truck,” Brady said on Boston sports talk radio. “I would love to do that. I’m going to figure out how to make that work.”

Butler was undrafted rookie in last year’s NFL Draft. He earned a spot on the Patriots’ roster as a backup with stellar play during practice.

His game-saving heroics was no surprise to Brady.

“He’s been doing it to me in practice all season so it was nice to see him pick someone else off,” Brady joked.

The Super Bowl MVP award was Brady’s third tying him for San Francisco’s Joe Montana for the most all-time.
