Bills tender WR Hogan, two others

The Buffalo Bills made exclusive-rights tendering offers to wide receiver Chris Hogan, defensive tackle Corbin Bryant and wide receiver Justin Brown on Thursday.

Hogan has played in all 16 games for the Bills each of the past two seasons, starting two games and racking up 509 yards and four touchdowns on 51 receptions. A 6-foot-1, 220-pounder, Hogan entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent with the San Francisco 49ers in 2011 and spent a portion of his rookie year on the practice squads of the Miami Dolphins and New York Giants before joining the Bills in 2012.

Bryant has played in 31 games for the Bills the past two seasons, starting two and recording 14 tackles, 2.5 sacks, six quarterback hits, four tackles for loss and a forced fumble. Bryant entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent with Pittsburgh in 2011. The 6-4, 300-pounder spent portions of the 2011 and 2012 seasons on the Steelers’ practice squad and 53-man roster.

Brown, who was claimed off of waivers by the Bills on Feb. 3, entered the NFL as a sixth-round draft choice of the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2013. The 6-3, 209 pounder played in eight games for Pittsburgh, recording 12 catches for 94 yards. Brown, 23, was waived by the Steelers on Dec. 30.
