The Buffalo Bills signed free agent defensive lineman Red Bryant and running back Cierre Wood on Wednesday.

During his collegiate career, Wood played in 37 games with 18 starts and finished his career as Notre Dame’s seventh-leading rusher with 2,447 yards on 450 carries.

The Bills also released tight end Chris Manhertz and cornerback Rod Sweeting.
