Bills sign CB Noel

The Buffalo Bills signed cornerback Merrill Noel on Monday.
Noel had signed with the Bills on May 4 as an undrafted rookie out of Wake Forest. He was released by the team on June 18.
In 2014, Noel recorded 40 tackles and three interceptions in 12 games for the Demon Deacons.
He started 43 of 44 games in college and finished with 192 tackles and eight interceptions.
