The Detroit Lions ruled out running back Joique Bell and tight end Brandon Pettigrew from playing Monday night’s game at the Seattle Seahawks because of injuries.

Bell has an ankle injury while Pettigrew has a hamstring issue.

The Lions also listed linebacker DeAndre Levy (hip) on their injury report as doubtful.

All three players are important parts of a team that is off to a 0-3 start.

Levy did return to practice this week for the first time since the regular season started.

Rookie running back Ameer Abdullah is expected to get most of the carries with Bell out, with Theo Riddick and Zach Zenner also in the mix.

Also doubtful for Detroit is tackle Corey Robinson (ankle). Defensive end Ziggy Ansah (groin), guard Larry Warford (ankle), and cornerback Josh Wilson (lower leg) are listed as questionable.
