Bears sign TE Pascoe

Tight end Bear Pascoe signed a one-year deal with the Chicago Bears.

The seventh-year veteran Pascoe has 34 starts in 82 gamess since he was drafted in the sixth round of the 2009 NFL Draft. Pascoe played for the New York Giants (2009-13) and Atlanta Falcons (2014), recording 40 receptions for 336 yards (8.4-yard average) and two touchdowns.

He has seen action in at least 15 games in each of the last five seasons, including all 16 games on three occasions (2011, 2013-14). Last season, Pascoe played in all 16 contests with two starts for the Falcons, catching two pass for three yards and a touchdown.
