With backup quarterback Jimmy Clausen sidelined with a concussion, the Chicago Bears picked up another quarterback while making a number of moves on Tuesday to get down to the 75-player roster limit.

The Bears claimed quarterback Zac Dysert, who was waived by the Denver Broncos on Monday. Dysert has been with the Broncos the past two seasons and will provide some depth while the Bears are without Clausen. Dysert has never thrown a pass in a regular-season NFL game.

The Bears waived quarterback Shane Carden, an undrafted free-agent rookie out of East Carolina.

The Bears also claimed tight end Gannon Sinclair, an undrafted rookie who was waived by the Arizona Cardinals, and placed running back Senorise Perry on the injured reserve list.

Besides Carden, the Bears waived guard Lucas Nix.
