NFL schedule to be released Tuesday
The Sports Xchange
Pro football fans only have to wait one more day to find out the NFL schedule for the 2015 season.
The NFL announced Monday that the schedule will be unveiled during a three-hour show on NFL Network starting at 8 p.m. ET Tuesday.
All 256 games will be revealed during the program, although not all games will remain in the same slots because of flexible scheduling procedures in place.
Among the highlights will be the defending Super Bowl champion New England Patriots’ opponent at Gillette Stadium on the opening Thursday night of the season Sept. 10. In addition, all of the prime-time television games will be announced.
A breakdown of home and away opponents for each team was released by the NFL in December.
