Rex Ryan previously said the Buffalo Bills will explore all avenues to resolve their quarterback quandary. In his introductory news conference on Tuesday, new offensive coordinator Greg Roman said he’s still going through the tape on the two signal-callers on their roster: EJ Manuel and Jeff Tuel.

“I think both of them possess skills to play the position,” Roman said, per a team transcript. “I think projecting this or thinking that, I think we’re really just going to focus on rolling the balls out on the field and getting our hands on them and working with them and going from there. Everything else really at this point is water-cooler talk.”
