Kyle Shanahan To Have Full Control Of Niners Offense

Find out if Kyle Shanahan will take over Niners offense.

It’s only been a few days since the Atlanta Falcons blew the biggest lead in Super Bowl history, but the show must go on, especially for newly hired San Francisco 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan.

Shanahan has been an offensive coordinator in the league since 2008 when he started off with the Houston Texans. Since then, he’s been the offensive brain trust for the Redskins, Browns, and the Falcons most recently.

This past season, the Falcons offense was a well-oiled machine, averaging over 30 points per game. However, Shanahan will have his hands full with a depleted Niners offense, but he’s still going to have full control over the unit.

Nonetheless, Shanahan is expected to hire quarterbacks coach Rich Scangarello and run-game expert Mike McDaniel.
