Ben McAdoo Blames Himself For Eagles Loss
See Ben McAdoo’s thoughts following loss to Eagles.
Despite starting off down 14-0 within the first six minutes of action, the New York Giants ended up making a game out of it in Philadelphia, but it wasn’t enough. The Eagles held on to win by the score of 24-19.
Following the contest, head coach Ben McAdoo decided to put the loss on his shoulders.
“I didn’t coach well enough and we didn’t play well enough in all three phases,’’ McAdoo stressed.
With a win, the Giants would’ve clinched a playoff berth, but there’s still a good chance New York will have a playoff spot wrapped up before their season finale. They get in if the Packers, Bucs, Lions or Falcons lose this week.
