Cardinals TE Fauria on practice squad injured list

The Arizona Cardinals placed tight end Joseph Fauria (knee) on the practice squad injured list on Friday and re-signed tight end Brandon Bostick to the practice squad.

The 6-foot-7, 262-ppound Fauria was re-signed to the practice squad on Sept. 23. He originally signed with the Cardinals on Sept. 10 after spending his first two NFL seasons with the Detroit Lions. Fauria, 25, scored seven touchdowns as a rookie in 2013 but was limited last season with an ankle injury.

The 6-3, 250-pound Bostick spent the first two weeks of the season on the Cardinals’ practice squad before he was released on Sept. 22. He played the last three years with the Green Bay Packers after signing as a rookie free agent from Newberry in 2012. Bostick, 26, spent his rookie season on the Packers’ practice squad and then played in 24 games with Green Bay the past two seasons, catching nine passes for 123 yards and two touchdowns.
