We will take a look at the best plays this week in Draft Kings.

QB

Aaron Rodgers, Green Bay Packers, $7900

Aaron Rodgers is the best quarterback in the league.  He’s an unstoppable force, who is capable of beating you in a variety of ways.  Coming off a historical start to this season for Rodgers, he goes on the road facing a San Francisco 49ers team that is not good on defense.  San Francisco gives up 36.67 points per game on average this season.  When you face Rodgers, you give up more yards than the average.  Play the best quarterback in the game, regardless of how much he costs.

Matt Ryan, Atlanta Falcons, $6,900

Matty Ice and Julio Jones are a duo you don’t want to see on your schedule if you are an opposing defense.  Jones is seemingly making a circus catch or two every game, and is arguably the best receiver in the game.  He leads all wide outs with 46 targets, and I expect Ryan to continue looking Julio’s way a lot in Week Four.  Matt Ryan is a reliable option, even when matched up against a line that consists of the likes of J.J. Watt.  If you don’t want to spend top-tier money at quarterback, look for Matt Ryan as your next best option.

Andy Dalton, Cincinnati Bengals, $5,900

KC @ Cin

Dalton has looked very impressive this year, and ranks third among all quarterbacks when it comes to fantasy scoring.  He’s been on this list before, and will continue to be when he is priced so affordably with a favorable matchup.  Dalton faces the Kansas City Chiefs this week, who were just torched by Aaron Rodgers, and have been one of the leagues worst against the pass.   Dalton has been consistent to this point, and I don’t expect him to regress at all when he faces the Chiefs in Week Four.

Adrian Peterson, Minnesota Vikings, $7,800

Adrian Peterson has been handed the ball a league leading 59 times, and turned that into a league leading 291 yards on the ground.  The Vikings are better when their offense is funneled through “AD.”  Peterson is looking like his old self, and there’s no reason I would expect the Vikings game plan to be anything but handing Peterson the ball all game.  Peterson is the most expensive option this week, and it’s because he is worth it.

Latavius Murray, Oakland Raiders, $6,300

Oak @ Chi

Latavius is the best Murray to have on your team this year when it comes to fantasy running backs.  Murray has the fourth-most rushing attempts with 52, fourth most rushing yards with 248, and ranks fifth-overall in scoring among running backs.  He’s being utilized a high amount in Oakland, and I expect that continue against a Chicago Bears defense that has given up the fourth-highest rushing yards per game with 135.7.  Murray is priced in the mid-tier range, and a good addition to have this week on your Draft Kings roster.

Frank Gore, Indianapolis Colts, $4700

Gore is coming off a game where he had two rushing touchdowns, and was a part of a balanced Colts attack.  He will continue to see his share of carries, and red zone opportunities this week against a weak, banged-up Jacksonville Jaguars defense.  Gore lands on the list this week as he has great value being pried below $5k.

Karlos Williams, Buffalo Bills, $3,400

NYG @ Buf

Buffalo has ran the ball 97 times this year, which is the fourth-most in the league.  They are also averaging 4.7 yards per attempt, which is tied for third most in the league.  With reports indicating the LeSean McCoy is doubtful for Week Four against the Giants, this makes the rookie running back Karlos Williams a great play.  He’s extremely cheap, and will be on a team dedicated to running the football.  Williams has a touchdown each week this season, and has looked impressive overall.  This could be the coming out week for Williams, and it should happen on your roster.

WR

Odell Beckham Jr., New York Giants, $9,100

NYG @ Buf

While the Bills are great against the rush, they give up some yards against the pass.  This season, the Bills have given up 980 yards through the air, which is the second-most in the league, and seven touchdowns, which is the third-most in the league.  Enter OBJ, who is known for getting a lot of yards and scoring touchdowns.  If you want to spend top dollar at wide receiver, Beckham is completely capable of exploding at any moment for a monster game.

T.Y. Hilton, Indianapolis Colts, $6,700

I’m more of a fan this week of a lot of the mid tier priced receiving options, like T.Y. Hilton in Week Four with a favorable matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars.  The Jaguars were embarrassed by Tom Brady last week, and may have the same result as Andrew Luck looks to prove his spot on top with a home game.  Luck looks Hilton’s way the most in the passing game, and the duo is primed for a big break out game.  I see that happening against a soft, injured Jags secondary.  Hilton is priced very moderate, making him a solid play in Week Four.

Mike Evans, Tampa Bay Buccaneers,  $6,400

Car @ TB

Evans has had a bumpy start to his sophomore season, after high expectations with the arrival of Jameis Winston.  After being injured in Week One, and doing absolutely nothing in Week Two, Evans saw the third-most targets among all receivers in Week Three with 17.  While he only turned that into seven receptions for 101 yards, I expect the same type of usage against the Panthers, while yielding a much better result.  If Winston can connect on 10 passes to his top target, and turn at least one of those into a touchdown, Evans will be a great play in Week Four.

James Jones, Green Bay Packers, $5,300

GB @ SF

Jones is the best cheap option in Week Four for two reasons.  One, San Francisco is horrible against the pass.  Two, his quarterback is Aaron Rodgers.  With Davante Adams reinjuring his ankle and expected to miss this matchup, Jones will see his workload upgraded, making an already valuable asset in fantasy, even more attractive.  He is guaranteed to see some red zone looks, and has great chemistry with the best quarterback in the game.

Greg Olsen, Carolina Panthers, $5,400

Olsen and the Panthers face a divisional opponent in the Bucs, and I expect the Panthers to score multiple touchdowns in Week Four.  Cam is played with less talent around him than he ever has before, yet still leading the Panthers to an early undefeated record.  Olsen has seen the most targets among all tight ends in the NFL, making him a great option this week against the Bucs.  Olsen will continue to get the majority of the targets in Carolina, making him a pretty safe play in Week Four.

Jason Witten, Dallas Cowboys, $4,400

While Brandon Weeden is the quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys, Jason Witten is the best pass catching option to have in fantasy.  He was targeted second-most on his team, behind running back Lance Dunbar.  Witten had more targets last week than both Cole Beasley and Terrance Williams combined.  If Brees plays in Week Four, the Saints are completely capable of putting up points fast, meaning Weeden will have to help the Cowboys respond back, by moving the ball down the field through the air.  And if he has to do that, I want Witten on my team as he will reap the benefits.

Owen Daniels, Denver Broncos, $2,700

Min @ Den

Daniels finds himself on the list once again, because he is in the bargain bin in Week Four against the Vikings, and I like spending absolutely nothing on Daniels as my tight end option.  Daniels has just a good a chance as anyone to catch a touchdown this week, and was targeted the second-most on his team last week, while catching one of the two Peyton Manning touchdown passes.  I don’t see why Daniels can’t see the same amount or targets and a red zone look again, making him your best cheap option again in Week Four.

Arizona Cardinals, vs. Stl, $3,400

The Cardinals are the second-most expensive option this week, and they are worth it when facing the St. Louis Rams in Week Four.  I expect Nick Foles to throw an interception or two, making the Cardinals a safe play this week.

Green Bay Packers, @ SF, $2,700

The Packers face a very shaky Niners’ offense lead by Colin Kaepernick and Carlos Hyde in Week Four.  After an impressive Week One from San Fran, they have been the exact opposite ever since.  And this week I expect the Packers defense to perform well, not allowing the Niners’ to get in any sort of rhythm on offense.  Expect Kaepernick to have to throw the ball a lot to keep up with Aaron Rodgers, which isn’t what he does best.  The Green Bay Packers are priced fair this week, put them in your lineup for Week Four.

Philadelphia Eagles, @ Was, $2,700

The Eagles played well against the New York Jets last week, picking up their first win.  In Week Four, they face an average Washington Redskins team.  The Redskins want to run the ball first, and make Kirk Cousins a game manager.  And I think the Eagles can shut down the running game, making things extremely difficult for Washington in Week Four.  They are a cheap option this week, facing nothing to be scared of in the Washington Redskins.
