Buccaneers add three to practice squad

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers signed tight end Cameron Brate, tackle Reid Fragel and wide receiver Rannell Hall to the practice squad on Tuesday.
The Buccaneers also released offensive tackles Edawn Coughman and Terren Jones from the practice squad.
Brate, Fragel and Hall have been with the Buccaneers during the offseason and preseason.
